How to Apply

There are two ways in which you can complete the application form for assistance.

You can download our application form by clicking here.   When completed simply send it to the address below with all the supporting information requested.  We will be in contact soon after to acknowledge your application.  NEW! - It is possible to type into this downloadable version, save it and then print a copy for the required signauture(s). 

Complete our online application form

You can now complete applications online and submit them through instantly for consideration.  On receipt of the application we will provide an email acknowledgement direct to the individual applying or via a third party if a third details are provided.  We will then contact you to provide any further information required in order for the assessment to be completed (such as income proof).  Click here to complete an online application.

Once we receive your application......

If you are asking for help with your gas debts, electricity debts, or both, we will contact the company to confirm how much you owe them.

We treat all applications in the strictest confidence.

When filling in the paper application form, please read page 7 carefully to see what information you need to send into us with your completed application. Don't forget to sign the application form on page 7. If the form is not signed, we cannot assess your application.
