History & Aims
The EDF Energy Trust has been operating since October 2003. The Trust has received almost 35,000 applications, awarding over £12.2 million in grants to vulnerable individuals and families.
The Organisational Grant Programme has also made over 140 awards to agencies totalling approximately £2 million.
The Trust aims to improve the quality of people’s lives by helping to reduce the burden of debt, giving them the opportunity of a fresh start and to manage future bills.
