Organisational Grants 2010
Ten projects were awarded grants in 2010, including three organisations awarded continuation funding from original awards made in 2007. All projects commenced on 1 October 2010, other than Bristol Debt Advice Centre's project which commenced on 1 September 2010, Shepway CAB's project which commenced on 1 January 2011, and Sedgemoor CAB's project which commenced April 2011. Funding has been committed for 2 years.

Small Grants Programme 2010
In January 2010 Trustees initiated a small grants programme offering one-off grants to charitable organisations for small capital items/activities to assist in the provision of 'energy debt' advice and submission of online applications to the EDF Energy Trust. Grants were available up to a maximum value of �3,000.
Items that the Trust considered as eligible expenditure included:
- Computers / laptops
- Scanners to scan documents for attachment to emailed applications to the EDF Energy Trust
- Printers
- Software to enable agencies to enhance their current services
- Self help materials on debt prevention / resolution for clients
- Money advice training course fees
- Development of energy debt prevention literature in community languages

Organisational Grants 2009
Four projects were awarded in 2009 commencing from 1st August. Funding has been committed for an 18 month period. The organisations awarded grants were:

Fuel Poverty Programme
Five projects were awarded funding in 2007, under the Fuel Poverty Programme. The project commenced in 2007 and funding has been committed for 3 years. The organisations awarded grants were;

Small Grants Programme
This programme was launched in January 2007 to provide small capital grants for equipment/activities relating to ‘energy debt’ work for up to a maximum of £1,000. Organisational Grants 2005/06
Funding for year 3 centered round three different areas.
Continuation Funding
Projects funded in 2005/05 were offered, and accepted, continuation funding to continue their work raising awareness of the Trust and providing valuable money advice within their geographical areas. These projects are:

Energy Efficiency Advice
Trustees decided to allocate some funding to addressing one of their objectives of promoting energy efficiency. Three pilot projects commenced on 1st May 2006 with the following Energy Efficiency Advice Centres to offer and provide a home visit to applicants of the Trust so that they can receive free energy efficiency advice and implement cost saving measures within their homes:

- Cornwall Energy Efficiency Advice Centre
- South West London/Kent Energy Efficiency Advice Centre
Follow Up Pilot
The remaining funding for the year was allocated to the following agencies to allow them to undertaken exit interviews with clients they have previously helped with applications to the Trust to see how they are managing their ongoing finances and to offer further assistance as necessary:

Organisational Grants 2004/05
EDF Energy Trust Organisational Grants Round Three
In February 2005, the Trust launched the third round of organisational grants with the purpose to:
- Supporting debt advice in the identified areas highlighted as being areas of deprivation and where there are vulnerable families and individuals.
- Raising the awareness of the Trust among agencies and individuals with a view to increasing levels of grant application. (This would enable the Trust to be able to use its resources for those most in need.

Organisational Grants 2003/04
EDF Energy Trust Organisational Grants Round Two.
In Round Two, a total of �222,836 in awards went to six organisations across London and the south of England. This round focused on raising the profile of the Trust and targeting debt advice in the areas identified as being areas of deprivation and where there were large numbers of fuel poor households. Funding was for the recruitment of a full time Money Advice Development Worker.

EDF Energy Trust Organisational Grants Round One
The EDF Energy Trust made 27 Organisational grants in Round One, including a pilot application take up scheme in the Bath area.
The majority of the grants awarded were for money advice and debt management with a number of the grants going to new and innovative projects to establish specialist debt advice and create pilot schemes to establish the evidence needed to seek long term funding for other funders.
